| WHEREAS, Senate Joint Resolution No. 1 has been adopted by | ||
| the senate and the house of representatives and is being prepared | ||
| for enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The resolution contains technical errors that | ||
| should be corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 83rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to correct Senate | ||
| Joint Resolution No. 1 in Section 1 of the resolution, in proposed | ||
| Section 49-d-13(d)(5), Article III, Texas Constitution, by | ||
| striking "revenue bonds issued by the board under this subchapter, | ||
| that are designated by the Texas Water Development Board or that | ||
| board's successor in function" and substituting "revenue bonds | ||
| issued under this section by the Texas Water Development Board or | ||
| that board's successor in function". | ||
