| biological identity being immutable and innate; and | ||

| coercion, and fear to deny women the rights and protections to which | ||
| they are entitled; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Across the country, such falsehoods have allowed men | ||
| to self-identify as women and enter spaces designed for the | ||
| protection of women, such as women's shelters and women's | ||
| bathrooms; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Sex is an immutable characteristic that can be | ||
| readily identified, and attacks on the definition of sex are | ||
| baseless; now, therefore, be it | ||

| it is the policy of the state to recognize two sexes, male and | ||
| female; and, be it further | ||
