| WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 7 has been adopted by the senate and | ||
| the house of representatives; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, 1st | ||
| Called Session, That the enrolling clerk of the senate be | ||
| instructed to make the following correction to Senate Bill No. 7 | ||
| (corrected conference committee report printing): | ||
| In SECTION 16.01 of the bill (page 185, line 22), between "of | ||
| any required" and "and execution of any necessary contract", insert | ||
| "waivers or state plan amendments, and the preparation". | ||
