| WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1003 has been adopted by the senate | ||
| and the house of representatives; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 83rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the | ||
| following corrections in the SECTION of the bill that provides for | ||
| an expiration date of the Act: | ||
| (1) Strike: | ||
| "This Act expires February 1, 2015." | ||
| (2) Substitute: | ||
| "(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b) of this section, | ||
| this Act expires February 1, 2015. | ||
| (b) This section does not apply to Section 203.016, Human | ||
| Resources Code, as added by this Act." | ||
