A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to information obtained by a guardian ad litem
representing a child in a suit affecting the parent-child
relationship.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 107.002, Family Code, is amended by
adding Subsection (j) to read as follows:
(j) Information obtained by a guardian ad litem appointed
for a child under this chapter is not subject to discovery by any
party.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
