A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the authorized activities of a winery permit holder.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The following provisions of the Alcoholic
Beverage Code are repealed:
(1) Section 16.01(d), as amended by Chapter 1051 (H.B.
1264), Acts of the 78th Legislature, Regular Session, 2003;
(2) Section 16.01(e);
(3) Section 16.07; and
(4) Section 16.08.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
