AN ACT
  relating to the identification of a person as an election poll
  watcher.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 33.051, Election Code, is amended by
  adding Subsection (f) to read as follows:
         (f)  On accepting a watcher for service, the election officer
  shall provide the watcher with a form of identification, prescribed
  by the secretary of state, to be displayed by the watcher during the
  watcher's hours of service at the polling place.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
