	H.R. No. 960



	R E S O L U T I O N

	WHEREAS, Burnet County judge Donna Klaeger of Horseshoe Bay
	has been reappointed to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards by
	Governor Rick Perry; and
	WHEREAS, The Commission on Jail Standards is responsible for
	establishing standards for the care and treatment of county
	prisoners, and it is also in charge of the construction,
	maintenance, and operation of county jails; and
	WHEREAS, Currently serving as chair of the commission, Judge
	Klaeger has further demonstrated her leadership capabilities as
	chair of the Capital Area Council of Governments and as a member of
	the Texas Association of Regional Councils and the 33rd Judicial
	District Juvenile Board; additionally, she has served as a member
	of a number of local organizations, including the Marble Falls/Lake
	LBJ and the Burnet Chambers of Commerce, the Central Texas Water
	Coalition, and the Seton Development Board; and
	WHEREAS, Judge Klaeger's dedication, professionalism, and
	commitment to excellence have greatly benefited the people of this
	state, and she may indeed reflect with great pride on her notable
	career achievements; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
	Legislature hereby congratulate Judge Donna Klaeger on her
	reappointment to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards and extend
	to her sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Judge Klaeger as an expression of high regard by the
	Texas House of Representatives.
