	H.R. No. 90



	R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Sebastian Quaid has ably served the people of Texas
	as an aide in the office of State Representative James White during
	the summer of 2021; and
	WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Quaid has provided
	vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
	in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
	service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
	issues facing residents of the Lone Star State; and
	WHEREAS, A native of Minot, North Dakota, Mr. Quaid attended
	Texas State University, where he served as chair of the Young
	Conservatives of Texas and later earned a bachelor's degree in
	political science with a minor in journalism; deeply committed to
	serving his fellow citizens, he plans to one day run for office; in
	his leisure time, he enjoys hiking and camping; and
	WHEREAS, Sebastian Quaid has performed his duties as a
	legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
	deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
	be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
	Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby commend Sebastian Quaid for
	his service as a legislative aide in the office of State
	Representative James White and extend to him sincere best wishes
	for continued success in all his endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Mr. Quaid as an expression of high regard by the Texas
	House of Representatives.
