	H.R. No. 889



	R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, A 50th wedding anniversary marks a lifetime of
	mutual devotion and shared experiences, and Charles and Sylvia Hale
	of Stanton celebrated this joyous milestone in their marriage on
	February 3, 2011; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Hale were joined in matrimony in 1961,
	at a ceremony held in Big Spring; through the years, they have been
	blessed with a treasured family that today includes three children,
	Charles Bryan Hale, Brenna Kay Beasley, and Shanna Lynn Ginder, as
	well as eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and
	WHEREAS, A veteran of the U.S. Army and a former cotton
	farmer, Mr. Hale grew up on the farm where he now lives with his
	wife; Mrs. Hale has been a dedicated homemaker throughout their
	marriage; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Hale have enjoyed five decades of
	abiding love and affection for one another, and they are among an
	exceptional group of men and women who can claim such a lasting
	commitment; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
	Legislature hereby congratulate Charles and Sylvia Hale on their
	50th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for
	continued happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Hale as an expression of high regard by
	the Texas House of Representatives.
