H.R. No. 860

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, High school senior Robert William Caldwell of Mount
Pleasant is visiting the Texas Capitol in March 2011 to gain further
insight into the workings of state government; and
WHEREAS, A student at Mount Pleasant High School, Mr.
Caldwell traveled to Austin during his spring break to meet with
elected officials and to witness the legislature in session
firsthand; and
WHEREAS, Robert Caldwell has demonstrated interest in
learning more about the democratic process, and his initiative and
enthusiasm will indeed serve him well throughout the years to come;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby honor Robert William Caldwell for his
public-spiritedness and extend to him sincere best wishes for an
informative and memorable trip to Austin; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Caldwell as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
