| WHEREAS, Jennifer Avila has earned great distinction with her | ||
| outstanding service as principal of John Drugan School in the | ||
| Socorro Independent School District; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the | ||
| students, faculty, and staff of John Drugan School, Ms. Avila has | ||
| led the way in fostering a supportive and challenging educational | ||
| environment on campus; and | ||
| WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing | ||
| vitality of our state, and Jennifer Avila is playing an | ||
| instrumental role in helping students to reach their full potential | ||
| and become engaged and productive members of their community; now, | ||
| therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby commend Jennifer Avila for her contributions as | ||
| principal of John Drugan School and extend to her sincere best | ||
| wishes for the future; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Ms. Avila as an expression of high regard by the Texas | ||
| House of Representatives. | ||
