	R E S O L U T I O N

	WHEREAS, Duane Johnston of Humble has been selected as one of
	the "Top 4 Under 40" honorees for 2019 by the Lake Houston Area
	Chamber of Commerce; and
	WHEREAS, Presented at the chamber's Young Entrepreneurs and
	Professionals Awards reception on March 7, this prestigious
	accolade highlights the achievements of individuals under 40 years
	of age who have distinguished themselves in their occupations or in
	their work as volunteers or advocates; the four recipients will be
	featured in the spring edition of Lake Houston Business Matters
	magazine; and
	WHEREAS, Duane Johnston is the owner and operator of the
	Chick-fil-A on Wilson Road and Beltway 8 in Humble; he has been a
	Chick-fil-A franchisee for 16 years, and he has dedicated 11 of
	those years to running his current establishment; and
	WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Johnston enjoys the love
	and support of his wife, Erica, and he is the proud father of two
	children, Emma and Mason; and
	WHEREAS, Duane Johnston has proven himself a leader of great
	vision and ability, and he is poised to make further contributions
	to the Lake Houston area in the years ahead; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas
	Legislature hereby congratulate Duane Johnston on his selection as
	a Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce "Top 4 Under 40" honoree and
	extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his
	endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Mr. Johnston as an expression of high regard by the
	Texas House of Representatives.
