| BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 87th | ||
| Texas Legislature, That Chapter C, Rule 5, of the permanent rules of | ||
| the House of Representatives of the 87th Legislature is amended by | ||
| adding Section 34A to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 34A. BACK MICROPHONE. The back microphone must be | ||
| continuously on at any time the house is in session. | ||
