	H.R. No. 61



	R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, An inspiring couple whose lives have been enhanced
	by a great and enduring love, Noel and Frances Marie Bryant of
	Kerrville celebrated their 71st wedding anniversary on June 4,
	2010; and
	WHEREAS, After meeting at McMurry University in Abilene, Mr.
	and Mrs. Bryant were united in matrimony in 1939; through the years,
	they have nurtured a fulfilling marriage that has been made even
	richer with the addition of three children, six grandchildren, and
	eight great-grandchildren; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Bryant was a minister for many years in North
	Texas; Mrs. Bryant taught high school English and drama; and
	WHEREAS, While much has changed in the world over the past
	seven decades, this devoted husband and wife have remained constant
	in their commitment to one another, and the strength of their love
	has enabled them to meet life's challenges and opportunities with
	grace and optimism; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
	Legislature hereby congratulate Noel and Frances Marie Bryant on
	their 71st wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best
	wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Bryant as an expression of high regard by
	the Texas House of Representatives.
