R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Jerry and Yvonne Graham of Georgetown celebrated
their 50th wedding anniversary on January 28, 2011, and they may
indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have
shared; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Graham exchanged the vows of matrimony
at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Taylor in 1961, and over the course
of their marriage, they have found in each other a loving life
partner; and
WHEREAS, This devoted couple count among their blessings a
fine family, and they share the many special occasions of life with
their children and grandchildren; and
WHEREAS, For half a century, Jerry and Yvonne Graham have
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Jerry and Yvonne Graham on their
golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes
for continued happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Graham as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
