	H.R. No. 459



	R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, An inspiring couple whose lives have been enhanced
	by a great and enduring love, Paul and Oralia Luna of Belton
	celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on January 30, 2011; and
	WHEREAS, Paul Luna and the former Oralia Minor were united in
	matrimony in Belton in 1961; through the years, they have nurtured a
	rewarding marriage that has been made even richer with the addition
	of three children, Gloria, Dolores, and Paul, as well as two
	grandchildren; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Luna worked for the Bell County Road and Bridge
	Department for 24 years before retiring, and Mrs. Luna is retired
	after a 27-year career with the Belton Independent School District;
	and
	WHEREAS, While much has changed in the world over the past
	half-century, this devoted husband and wife have remained constant
	in their commitment to one another, and the strength of their love
	has enabled them to meet life's challenges and opportunities with
	grace and optimism; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
	Legislature hereby congratulate Paul and Oralia Luna on their
	golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes
	for continued happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Luna as an expression of high regard by
	the Texas House of Representatives.
