R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Austin Elementary School in the Edinburg
  Consolidated Independent School District has been named to the
  2019-2020 Honor Roll by the Educational Results Partnership; and
         WHEREAS, A nonprofit organization dedicated to improving
  student outcomes and career readiness, the Educational Results
  Partnership recognizes public elementary, middle, and high schools
  that demonstrate high achievement levels and reduced achievement
  gaps; Austin Elementary School is one of around 3,500 campuses in
  Texas and California named to this year's honor roll; and
         WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing
  vitality of our state, and the faculty and staff of Austin
  Elementary School are helping their students to reach their full
  potential and to become engaged and productive members of their
  community; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Austin Elementary School on its
  inclusion on the 2019-2020 Educational Results Partnership Honor
  Roll and extend to all those associated with the school sincere best
  wishes for continued success; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Austin Elementary School as an expression of high
  regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
