	H.R. No. 379



	R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Members and alumni of Leadership Bulverde--Spring
	Branch contribute immeasurably to South Central Texas as civic
	leaders and volunteers; and
	WHEREAS, Established by the Bulverde--Spring Branch Area
	Chamber of Commerce, this exceptional program provides
	opportunities for participants to increase their knowledge of
	public issues and infrastructure and to visit with the leaders who
	are making decisions that affect their community; and
	WHEREAS, Classes are designed to provide training and
	information to foster an attitude receptive to new approaches and
	ideas about issues affecting the area; in addition, participants
	adopt a service project that will benefit the community; and
	WHEREAS, Through its efforts to build a more informed and
	involved citizenry and to develop new leaders, Leadership
	Bulverde--Spring Branch is helping to create a brighter and more
	promising future for the Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
	Legislature hereby commend Leadership Bulverde--Spring Branch for
	its promotion of civic leadership and volunteerism and extend to
	its participants sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be
	it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for the group as an expression of high regard by the Texas
	House of Representatives.
