H.R. No. 3350

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Stephen Kyle McDonald has ably served his fellow
Texans as a legislative analyst in the office of State
Representative Morgan Meyer during the 84th Legislature; and
WHEREAS, Mr. McDonald's resourcefulness and initiative have
earned the appreciation of his colleagues, and his contributions to
carrying forth Representative Meyer's legislative agenda have
helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State;
and
WHEREAS, Over the course of his first session at the Capitol,
Mr. McDonald has demonstrated exceptional people skills, and his
cheerful enthusiasm in handling a variety of tasks proved to be a
great asset to the office; he will be starting law school in the
fall; and
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his
duties as a legislative analyst with skill and dedication, and he is
indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Stephen Kyle McDonald for his service as
a legislative analyst in the office of State Representative Morgan
Meyer and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in
all his endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. McDonald as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
