WHEREAS, Shelby Goff has ably served her fellow Texans as | ||
district director in the office of State Representative Morgan | ||
Meyer during the 84th Legislature; and | ||
WHEREAS, Ms. Goff's resourcefulness and initiative have | ||
earned the appreciation of her colleagues, and her contributions to | ||
carrying forth Representative Meyer's legislative agenda have | ||
helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State; | ||
and | ||
WHEREAS, A resident of District 108, Ms. Goff possesses a | ||
wealth of knowledge about the area and its residents, and she | ||
frequently attends community events to advance constituent | ||
outreach efforts; prior to Representative Meyer's election, she | ||
acted as his campaign manager; and | ||
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her | ||
duties as district director with skill and dedication, and she is | ||
indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, | ||
therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas | ||
Legislature hereby commend Shelby Goff for her service as district | ||
director in the office of State Representative Morgan Meyer and | ||
extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her | ||
endeavors; and, be it further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for Ms. Goff as an expression of high regard by the Texas | ||
House of Representatives. | ||
