	H.R. No. 3232



	R E S O L U T I O N

	WHEREAS, Kyle Edward Kulczyk celebrated a significant
	milestone in his life on May 9, 2015, when he received his master's
	degree in business administration from Howard Payne University; and
	WHEREAS, An alumnus of Pflugerville High School, Mr. Kulczyk
	completed his associate's degree in 2012 from Ranger Junior
	College, where he played baseball on an athletic scholarship; as a
	result of his achievements on the diamond, he was recruited to play
	for Howard Payne University; in addition to earning inclusion on
	the dean's list and honor roll at HPU, he was named the recipient of
	the 2014 American Southwest Conference Distinguished Scholar
	Athlete Award and was selected to the 2014 ASC All-Conference List
	in baseball; he graduated with his bachelor's degree in business
	administration in May 2014; and
	WHEREAS, The son of Claire Marie and Edward Arthur Kulczyk,
	Kyle Kulczyk has benefited greatly from the support and
	encouragement of his parents, and he also credits his grandparents,
	Anne Kulczyk and the late Edward Stanley Kulczyk, and his aunt, Dee
	Kulczyk, as having had a positive influence on his life; with the
	completion of his latest goal, he looks forward to enjoying a career
	in professional sports; and
	WHEREAS, Kyle Kulczyk has demonstrated an exceptional
	commitment to excellence in his many pursuits, and it is a pleasure
	to join his loved ones in wishing him well as he embarks on the next
	exciting chapter of his life; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
	Legislature hereby congratulate Kyle Edward Kulczyk on his receipt
	of a master's degree in business administration from Howard Payne
	University and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued
	success and happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Mr. Kulczyk as an expression of high regard by the
	Texas House of Representatives.
