WHEREAS, Jack and Marceline Aaron of China Spring celebrated | ||
their 60th wedding anniversary on October 27, 2014, and they may | ||
indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have | ||
shared; and | ||
WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1954, Jack Aaron and the | ||
former Marceline Copeland exchanged the vows of matrimony in Waco | ||
at the home of Catherine Aaron, the groom's mother, and over the | ||
course of their marriage, they have found in each other a loving | ||
life partner; and | ||
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Aaron count among their blessings a | ||
fine family that includes their children, Jack Aaron and his wife, | ||
Donna, Chris Aaron, and Cathy Kinlaw and her husband, Chris, as well | ||
as their grandchildren, Becky, Tori, Matthew, Kayleigh, Emilyann, | ||
and Mollie, and great-grandchild, Zane, with whom they treasure | ||
spending many special occasions; and | ||
WHEREAS, For six decades, Jack and Marceline Aaron have | ||
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it | ||
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, | ||
therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas | ||
Legislature hereby congratulate Jack and Marceline Aaron on their | ||
60th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for | ||
continued happiness; and, be it further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for the couple as an expression of high regard by the Texas | ||
House of Representatives. | ||
