| WHEREAS, Sean and Emily Carter of Wylie celebrated their 10th | ||
| wedding anniversary on April 4, 2011, and this meaningful milestone | ||
| is indeed cause for special recognition; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Introduced by friends in 1999, Mr. and Mrs. Carter | ||
| were joined in matrimony on April 4, 2001; through the years, they | ||
| have been blessed with a treasured family that includes three | ||
| children, Rebecca, Lena, and James; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Respected members of their community, Mr. Carter is | ||
| employed as a market analyst and Mrs. Carter is a pediatric nurse; | ||
| and | ||
| WHEREAS, Looking back over the past decade, Mr. and | ||
| Mrs. Carter can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and | ||
| know that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that | ||
| many more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas | ||
| Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Sean and Emily | ||
| Carter on their 10th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere | ||
| best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Carter as an expression of high regard by | ||
| the Texas House of Representatives. | ||
