R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Dr. Tara Marshall of Chambers County has been
  selected as one of the "44 Under 40" honorees for 2023 by the
  Baytown Sun; and
         WHEREAS, Each year, the Baytown Sun recognizes the
  achievements of dynamic young leaders under the age of 40 who have
  distinguished themselves in their professions and in their
  contributions to the community; and
         WHEREAS, Dr. Marshall currently serves as the principal of
  Anahuac High School; she holds a doctorate in organizational
  management with a specialization in systems management, and her
  accolades include being named the 2022-2023 Principal of the Year;
  in addition, she is on the board of trustees at Redemption Church in
  Beaumont; and
         WHEREAS, Tara Marshall has set an outstanding example of
  leadership in her field and in her community, and she is sure to
  make further contributions to the Baytown area in the years ahead;
  now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Dr. Tara Marshall on her selection
  as one of the "44 Under 40" honorees by the Baytown Sun and extend to
  her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her endeavors;
  and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Dr. Marshall as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
