| WHEREAS, Sergeant Tim Anderson has rendered outstanding | ||
| service to his fellow North Texas residents during his 30-year | ||
| career with the Arlington Police Department; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The well-being of a community depends on the skill | ||
| and courage of its police personnel, as well as on their steadfast | ||
| commitment to serve and protect; and | ||
| WHEREAS, A respected public servant, Sergeant Anderson can | ||
| take justifiable pride in the contributions he has made in | ||
| safeguarding the lives and property of local citizens; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Throughout his distinguished tenure, Sergeant | ||
| Anderson has exemplified the highest ideals of the law enforcement | ||
| profession, and he is indeed deserving of recognition for a job well | ||
| done; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby honor Sergeant Tim Anderson for his 30 years of | ||
| service with the Arlington Police Department and extend to him | ||
| sincere best wishes for continued success in his vital work; and, be | ||
| it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Sergeant Anderson as an expression of high regard by | ||
| the Texas House of Representatives. | ||
