	H.R. No. 1970



	R E S O L U T I O N

	WHEREAS, Megan Pulley has ably served her fellow Texans as
	district director in the office of State Representative Scott
	Sanford during the 85th Legislature; and
	WHEREAS, Mrs. Pulley's resourcefulness and initiative have
	earned the appreciation of her colleagues, and her contributions to
	carrying forth Representative Sanford's legislative agenda have
	helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State;
	and
	WHEREAS, Before joining Representative Sanford's office in
	2013, Mrs. Pulley worked in the business offices of Imagine Charter
	School and McKinney Christian Academy, and she spent 11 years as a
	Department of Defense financial manager at air force bases across
	the country; she holds a bachelor's degree in business
	administration from the University of Maryland, along with a number
	of certifications from the Defense Acquisition University; and
	WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her
	duties as district director with skill and dedication, and she is
	indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,
	therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
	Legislature hereby commend Megan Pulley for her service as district
	director in the office of State Representative Scott Sanford and
	extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her
	endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Mrs. Pulley as an expression of high regard by the
	Texas House of Representatives.
