R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Mary Day Royston has ably served her fellow Texans
  as an intern in the office of State Representative Jason Isaac
  during the 85th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Royston has provided
  vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
  in addition to learning more about the legislative process and the
  issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State, she has gained
  valuable experience in the field of public service; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Royston is a member of the Class of 2019 at The
  University of Texas at Austin, where she is pursuing a bachelor's
  degree in government with a minor in communications; she is also
  actively involved with Alpha Chi Omega, Not On My Campus, and the
  College Republicans at Texas; and
         WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed her
  duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is
  indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Mary Day Royston for her service as a
  legislative intern in the office of State Representative Jason
  Isaac and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in
  all her endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Royston as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
