WHEREAS, High school graduation is one of life's pivotal | ||
milestones, and the Class of 2017 at Richard King High School in | ||
Corpus Christi is participating in that joyful occasion with their | ||
graduation on June 2, 2017; and | ||
WHEREAS, Although the members of the Class of 2017 will soon | ||
go their separate ways, the time that they have shared at Richard | ||
King High has created a lasting bond, and the knowledge and | ||
experiences that they have gained there will forever enrich their | ||
lives; and | ||
WHEREAS, Earning their high school diplomas has required hard | ||
work and dedication, and these talented students can reflect with | ||
pride on the perseverance they have demonstrated in the pursuit of | ||
their goals; and | ||
WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await these | ||
outstanding young Texans, and it is a pleasure to join their | ||
families and friends in recognizing them as they embark on futures | ||
bright with promise; now, therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas | ||
Legislature hereby congratulate the Class of 2017 at Richard King | ||
High School on the occasion of their high school graduation and | ||
extend to them sincere best wishes for continued success and | ||
happiness. | ||
