| WHEREAS, December 1, 2012, was indeed a special day in the | ||
| lives of Benjamin and Shannon Anna, for on that day they became the | ||
| proud parents of a baby girl, Rebekah Maureen Anna; and | ||
| WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 8 pounds, 11 | ||
| ounces, and measured 21 inches in length when she made her | ||
| long-awaited arrival at North Central Baptist Hospital in San | ||
| Antonio; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Rebekah's birth has brought great happiness to her | ||
| parents, as well as to her grandparents, William and Patricia Kelly | ||
| and Michael and Redelle Anna; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Rebekah Maureen Anna has already won the hearts of | ||
| all who know her, and it is indeed a pleasure to welcome this fine | ||
| young Texan as a new citizen of the Lone Star State; now, therefore, | ||
| be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby congratulate Benjamin and Shannon Anna on the | ||
| birth of their daughter and extend to Rebekah Maureen Anna warmest | ||
| best wishes for a bright and promising future; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for the family as an expression of high regard by the Texas | ||
| House of Representatives. | ||
