R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Sharing a deep bond of love that has spanned five
  decades, Jesse and Peggy Elmore of Caddo Mills celebrated their
  50th wedding anniversary on March 11, 2011; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Elmore exchanged the vows of matrimony
  at the home of J. D. and Ella Mae Stewart on that memorable day in
  1961, and over the course of their marriage, they have found in each
  other a devoted life partner; and
         WHEREAS, The Elmores count among their blessings a fine
  family that includes three children, Billie Jo Hubbard and her
  husband, Dyran, Jessica Nettles and her husband, Kevin, and Ronald
  Elmore, as well as four grandchildren, Taylor Hunter, Brandon
  Nettles, and Kassidy and Keaton Hubbard, with whom they treasure
  sharing the many special occasions of life; and
         WHEREAS, Looking back over the past half-century, Jesse and
  Peggy Elmore can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and
  know that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that
  many more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Jesse and Peggy Elmore on their
  golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes
  for continued happiness; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Elmore as an expression of high regard by
  the Texas House of Representatives.
