HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
         House Bill No. 5 has been adopted by the house of
  representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
  enrollment; and
         WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
  corrected; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED by the 83rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That
  the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
  to correct House Bill No. 5 as follows:
         (1)  In SECTION 16 of the bill, in amended Section
  28.025(c-3), Education Code, strike "(c-2)(1)(B)" and substitute
  "(c-2)(1)(B)(ii)".
         (2)  In SECTION 77 of the bill, strike added Section
  130.008(f) and substitute the following:
         (f)  Except as provided by this section, a student may not
  enroll in more than three courses under this section at a junior
  college if the junior college does not have a service area that
  includes the student's high school. A student enrolled at an early
  college high school may enroll in a greater number of courses to the
  extent approved by the commissioner of education.
