| WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1420 has been adopted by the senate | ||
| and the house of representatives and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the | ||
| following corrections: | ||
| (1) In SECTION 13 of the bill, in amended Section | ||
| 201.401(b), Transportation Code (conference committee report page | ||
| 10, line 3), strike ", outside, or retained". | ||
| (2) In SECTION 31 of the bill, in added Section | ||
| 223.201(f)(6), Transportation Code (conference committee report | ||
| page 49, line 9), between "the" and "Highway" insert "State". | ||
