H.C.R. No. 173

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 1451 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
to correct House Bill No. 1451 as follows:
(1) In added Section 802.002(17), Occupations Code, strike
"802.062" and substitute "802.061".
(2) In added Section 802.064, Occupations Code, strike
"802.063 or 802.103 or an investigation under Section 802.064" and
substitute "802.062 or 802.103 or an investigation under Section
802.063".
(3) In SECTION 3 of the bill, strike "802.066" and
substitute "802.065".
