H.C.R. No. 169

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3833 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
to correct House Bill No. 3833 as follows:
(1) In added Section 15.111(3)(C), Family Code, strike
"15.107(b)" and substitute "15.107".
(2) In added Section 15.112(a)(1), Family Code, strike
"77.0021(b)" and substitute "71.0021(b)".
