| WHEREAS, House Bill No. 1314 has been adopted by the house of | ||
| representatives and the senate and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains a typographical error that should | ||
| be corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 89th Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed | ||
| to make the following correction to the enrolled version of House | ||
| Bill No. 1314: | ||
| In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 324.101(d-1), | ||
| Health and Safety Code, strike "Subsection (a)" and substitute | ||
| "Subsection (d)". | ||
