| WHEREAS, House Bill No. 4102 has been adopted by the house of | ||
| representatives and the senate and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the house be instructed to make the following | ||
| corrections in the section of the bill added by Senate Floor | ||
| Amendment No. 1 by West: | ||
| (1) On page 1, line 5 of the amendment, strike "502.414" and | ||
| substitute "502.415". | ||
| (2) On page 1, line 6 of the amendment, strike "502.414" and | ||
| substitute "502.415". | ||
