| WHEREAS, House Bill No. 2271 has been adopted by the house of | ||
| representatives and the senate and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed | ||
| to make the following correction to the enrolled version of House | ||
| Bill No. 2271: | ||
| In SECTION 12 of the bill, in amended Section 205.001(3), | ||
| Estates Code, strike "Subsection (4)" and substitute "Subdivision | ||
| (4)". | ||
