| WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3808 has been adopted by the house of | ||
| representatives and the senate and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed | ||
| to correct House Bill No. 3808, as amended by senate floor amendment | ||
| no. 2 by Senator Watson, by striking "SECTION 2. This Act takes | ||
| effect September 1, 2017.". | ||
