| WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3735 has been adopted by the house of | ||
| representatives and the senate and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed | ||
| to correct the enrolled version of House Bill No. 3735 by adding the | ||
| following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and | ||
| renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly: | ||
| SECTION ____. To the extent of any conflict between this Act | ||
| and S.B. No. 1430, Acts of the 85th Legislature, Regular Session, | ||
| 2017, affecting Section 11.122, Water Code, the conflicting | ||
| provision of S.B. No. 1430 controls. | ||
