H.C.R. No. 147

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3184 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 84th Legislature of the State of Texas,
Regular Session, 2015, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
representatives be instructed to make the following correction:
In added Article 56.22(b), Code of Criminal Procedure, strike
"establishes a pretrial victim-offender mediation program" and
substitute "implements a pretrial victim-offender mediation
program established".
