	H.B. No. 3952




	AN ACT
	relating to the composition of the juvenile board of Val Verde
	County.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
	SECTION 1. Section 152.2391(a), Human Resources Code, is
	amended to read as follows:
	(a) The juvenile board of Val Verde County is composed of
	the county judge, [~~and~~] the district judges in Val Verde County, and
	the judge of the County Court at Law of Val Verde County.
	SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
