	A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
	AN ACT
	relating to eliminating a requirement that the Texas Alcoholic
	Beverage Commission transfer certain funds to the Department of
	Agriculture for the Texas Wine Marketing Assistance Program.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
	SECTION 1. Section 5.56, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is
	repealed.
	SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
