A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to county chairs in primary elections.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Act is to provide
direction in instances when a county chair position is not filled.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
