| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 2052.103(b), Government Code, is amended | ||
| to read as follows: | ||
| (b) The report must be made in the manner prescribed by the | ||
| state auditor and include: | ||
| (1) an annotated organizational chart depicting the | ||
| total number of full-time equivalent employees, without regard to | ||
| the source of funds used to pay all or part of the salary of an | ||
| employee, and the total number of managers, supervisors, and staff | ||
| for each functional area in the state agency; and | ||

| the categories of employees in the agency's regional offices | ||
| without regard to the source of funds used to pay all or part of the | ||
| salary of an employee. | ||
| SECTION 2. Section 651.004, Government Code, is repealed. | ||
| SECTION 3. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives | ||
| a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as | ||
| provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this | ||
| Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this | ||
| Act takes effect September 1, 2017. | ||
