A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the abolition of the Texas 2036 Commission.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 490F, Government Code, is repealed.
SECTION 2. The Texas 2036 Commission is abolished on the
effective date of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017.
