	H.B. No. 3369




	AN ACT
	relating to the registration of certain physical therapy facilities
	by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
	SECTION 1. Section 453.213(a), Occupations Code, is amended
	to read as follows:
	(a) The board by rule shall adopt requirements for the
	registration and renewal of a registration of a physical therapy
	facility. A facility licensed under Subtitle B, Title 4, Health and
	Safety Code, is exempt from the registration requirements under
	this section. The board by rule may exempt other facilities as
	appropriate.
	SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
