| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 545.101, Transportation Code, is amended | ||
| by adding Subsection (f) to read as follows: | ||
| (f) Notwithstanding Subsections (a), (b), (c), and (d), if | ||
| two or more lanes are designated as turning lanes, an operator using | ||
| a turning lane may not change lanes while making the turn. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. | ||
