| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 301, Government Code, is | ||
| amended by adding Section 301.052 to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 301.052. INTERNET WEBSITE. The home page of each house | ||
| of the legislature that may be viewed by the public on the Internet | ||
| must be made available in both English and Spanish. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect January 1, 2016. | ||
