| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 107.015, Family Code, is amended by | ||
| adding Subsection (c-1) to read as follows: | ||
| (c-1) On request by a county, the comptroller, from funds | ||
| appropriated for that purpose, shall reimburse the county for ad | ||
| litem fees paid from the county's general fund under Subsection | ||
| (c). | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011. | ||
